Thank you for the Mayday Starter Emergency Kit. It is a good reminder of emergency necessities. I also appreciate your more than adequate notice of maintenance, and the promptness and thoroughness of the service.

In fact, in the nine months I have been a tenant here, your maintenance and courtesy patrol services have been excellent! Your employees are courteous and professional. Any contact that I have had with your personnel has been handled attentively and promptly. I have come to anticipate quality and other tenants I have spoken to indicate they are happy as well.

I like the location because it`s so close to everything: shopping, BART and the theater. It`s so easy for me to get to work in the city with the freeway up the street. I like the apartment itself, but most of all I love the people working here, Valerie, Christina, Daisy and the rest of the staff in the office. They are very friendly and helpful. The new tenants are very fortunate to find a place like this - very reasonably priced and well maintained. I want to live here for as long as I am allowed to stay here.
